Telelink Business Services Supports the Albanian Cyber challenge
Albanian Cyber Challenge exceeds the expectations of all participants and partners of the event
EESTEC LC Tirana in cooperation with Women in Technology Albania, Women4Cyber Albania, with the support of Telelink Business Services, DominuSoft Training and ICT Awards, organized on 19-21 April 2021 “Albanian Cyber Challenge” under the format of EESTech Challenge. Respecting the measures imposed due to the global pandemic Covid-19 the activity took place online.
The purpose of this nationwide activity was to build capacities, skills, and knowledge of talented students in the field of cybersecurity.
In the first two days of the activity, local and Telelink Business Services experts Mr. Alexander Tzokev, Ilia Dafchev and Boris Marinov exchanged their expertise in cybersecurity with the participants. Their trainings covered topics as Data Exfiltration, bash scripting, Brief history of Linux, Linux file system and more. The platform established with the support of Telelink Business Services experts was made available to the 12 participating teams on the last day of the event, where they we able to show their skills in a hands-one task.
The winning team, DTE, managed to outperform the other teams and will be representing Albania in the global round of the cyberchallenge in May in Belgrade, Serbia.
