Telelink Business Services is pleased to announce the finalization of the acquisition of The Croatian IT company SedamIT.

This acquisition is part of our general growth strategy in Eastern Europe, focusing on economy of scale and knowledge. Embracing diversity in geography, recruiting, and culture we aim to create a stronger internationalized brand. SedamIT has over 20 years of experience on the Croatian market. Sharing progress in similar fields, we’re eager to start contributing from the synergy effects of our joined knowledge forces.

The deal is worth 9 million euros and is now officially finalized. We’d like to take this opportunity to thank all colleagues involved for their contributions.
