Martin Lipovski has been TBS Academy’s director since it was created in 2021. He started his career at TBS in 2004 as an engineer, taking part in the company’s biggest projects. In the following years he took on different roles, contributing to TBS’s growth – Technical Project Manager, Head of Field and System Engineers, Team Lead Support Services. He supported the presales process in the company and before the start of the TBS Academy, held the position of Technical Operations Manager. Alongside these roles he has been responsible for the company’s cooperation with schools and universities with and has more than 10 years of experience as a lecturer and internships coordinator. Martin holds a Cisco Certified Network Professional Enterprise certificate, as well as ITIL 3 Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management.
Vesela is an experienced Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry. For over 15 years in Telelink Business Services, she has developed extensive skills in Service Delivery, ITIL, IT Service Management and Pre-Sales. She has also been part of the PMI Bulgaria Chapter as member of the Advisory Board, as well as a Vice President for Membership. She has graduated the Technical University of Sofia with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Management, and has also earned PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
