Administrative and Control Coordinator

Position highlights:

Telelink Business Services is a project-oriented company and all the activities in it are run through projects. The Administrative and Control Coordinator will be in charge of creating projects in the ERP system, controlling deadlines and financial measures, and preparing various reports.

What you`ll do:

  • Administration of project creation and completion in ERP, internal portal, processes and tools.
  • Periodic control of deadlines and financial measures in projects for delivery, implementation and support of communication equipment.
  • Collecting data and preparing periodic, special and ongoing reports.
  • Assisting project managers in various activities.
  • Coordinating the interaction of the departments in the company.
  • Communication with other departments in the in-company ancillary activities.
  • Administration and processing of intra-company documents-invoices, etc.

What you bring:

  • University degree (preferably in business, management or a similar field).
  • Previous experience on a similar position (Administrative/Project coordinator) will be considered an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications; Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
  • Experience in working closely with large groups of people in a professional service-oriented environment.
  • Previous experience with an ERP program will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactivity and focus to the details.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks while working under short deadlines.
  • Strong command of English language (written and spoken).
