Operations technology Expert – Enterprise Networking

Position highlights:

As Operations TE, you will be responsible for delivering prompt and proficient high-level technical support to medium and large-sized clients through various channels. You will address a wide range of IT-related inquiries using established diagnostic procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of clients’ IT infrastructure. You will serve as a direct point of contact for clients seeking complex technical assistance and will play a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction and productivity.

Taking this role, You will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide timely and professional technical support to clients via phone, email, or ticketing system, resolving complex hardware, software, network, and other IT-related inquiries from clients.
  • Participate in rotating weekly standby shifts for handling P1/P2 severity cases.
  • Prioritize and manage incidents based on urgency and impact on client operations, following established procedures for incident escalation and resolution.
  • Conduct regular system checks, diagnostics, and analyses to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to ensure client infrastructure reliability. 
  • Act as a direct technical point of contact for medium and large-sized customers, fostering robust client relationships through exceptional service and a deep understanding of their IT environments. 
  • Assist in monitoring client networks, systems, and applications for potential issues. 
  • Share best practices and innovative ideas to improve processes and tools. 
  • Identify opportunities to add services or products that meet clients’ needs. 
  • Act as technical lead for lower level engineers.

What You Bring:

  • University or high school diploma or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of working experience in the area of System Integration/Networking, Operational Support, Enterprise, or Telecom environments.
  • Experience in projects for design, deployment, or support of medium and large networks. – Relevant certifications are an advantage.
  • Experience with one or more: Cisco Networking Solutions (SD-WAN, SD-Access, Enterprise Network Security, Wireless, etc.), Palo Alto, Checkpoint, or any other relevant certifications/trainings would be considered as an advantage
  • Technical expertise combined with clear communication skills and approach to customers and engineers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to technical challenges.
  • Organizational and prioritizing skills.
  • Team spirit and ability to lead when required. 
  •  Self-motivation, resourceful and proactive personality.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
